What information this website collects, why, and the choices you have.
Summary
You can browse TotalSportek without an account. Public pages do not set cookies of their own. We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us, for example through the contact form.
Information we collect
Contact form. When you send a message we store your name, email address, chosen topic and message so we can reply. Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and are periodically deleted; the system keeps at most a limited number of recent messages.
Server and security logs. Like most websites, our servers and our security and delivery provider (Cloudflare) process technical data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages to deliver the site, prevent abuse and rate-limit automated traffic. These logs are retained for a limited period.
Analytics. If analytics is enabled, we use it to understand aggregate usage, such as which pages are popular. Depending on configuration this may be Google Analytics 4 or Plausible Analytics. We do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors.
Cookies
Public pages do not set first-party cookies. The contact form sets a short-lived security cookie to protect against cross-site request forgery. If Google Analytics is enabled it may set its own cookies; Plausible does not use cookies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to its use. To make a request, use our contact form and choose Privacy request.
